Your email address is your business. If you provided it to us, it's for the sole purpose of doing business WITH us. We will only use it to contact you with product news and special promotions. If at any time you do not wish to continue hearing from us, just send us a message informing us. We'll never share your email address with anyone else. What can we say...we're selfish!

We'll never mail anything to the mailing address you provide us except the products you order from us.
Telephone Numbers
We obtain telephone numbers for the sole purpose of contacting customers with questions regarding orders. We will not trade, rent, or sell telephone numbers to any other parties.
Payment Options
Charming Ideas by Donna, LLC currently accepts payment via PayPal (which also accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). A PayPal account is not required!
Sales Tax
We only collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of New York.
Order Processing
We process orders during daytime business hours 9AM-5PM EST, Monday - Friday
Weekend and evening orders are processed the next business day.
Order Changes
If you need to contact us to request a change to your order, we will make every effort to honor your request. However, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that your change can be made. Please make all change requests through email to: support@charmingideasbydonna.com

Exchange/Return Policy
Our goal is to make you look and feel "charming"!
We can't achieve that if you're unhappy with your purchase. Therefore, if necessary, you or your gift recipient can exchange or return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date. Just contact us by email at support@charmingideasbydonna.com or by phone at (631) 343-6416 to receive a RMA number and form to fill out and send back with the returned merchandise.
Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges. However, exchanged merchandise will be shipped back to the original destination (for the first time only) at a flat rate of $4.00.
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to the credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. If you received free shipping with your order, we will deduct our standard base shipping charge from the refund total. All merchandise must be in the original packaging (where appropriate) and be in original, unworn, saleable condition.
Returns for Exchange
Your new size or style choice will be shipped within the next 2 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. |
